His operational experience includes more than 70 months in combat zones and over 1000 combat missions. In 2012 he co-founded CultraSec with research partner Dr. Richard Ledet. Their organization focuses on enabling organizations to better create, measure, and leverage culture. Pete is also a co-host of the Break It Down Show and has been involved in numerous podcasts and content-based marketing strategies. He focuses on using podcasts as a means of creating content that fuel familiarity in the marketplace. These strategies are achieved by linking the tactical demands of the market with corporate goals.
