Hello, Get Up Nation!
The holidays used to be tremendously stressful for me. I would even say at times I dreaded them! But ever since I started studying and practicing resilience (especially by creating the Get Up Nation Podcast!!!), I’ve started to be able to actually enjoy them! I even bought this BEAUTIFUL sweater to help me participate in the festivities and celebrate recording 50 episodes that help us all to be more #resilient!
